Last night Kevin and I had “movie & sushi night” after I got home from Casa, and I have a new pick and a pan for you:

Pick: Manee Thai Sushi - Amazing! I have gotten thai food from there before but have heard from a few people that their sushi is worth trying, so Kevin picked some up for us last night. I usually only like Coast sushi, and although it still remains my favorite, Manee’s was just as fresh and very tasty. They also have a 1/2 off sushi special for dine in Monday-Thursday. Manee is reasonably priced and is BYOB, so it turns out to be a great deal!

Pan: The Back-Up Plan. I would give this movie 1 and 1/2 thumbs down. I laughed a couple times but most of the movie was a mish mash of every generic rom com out there. Cue the first kiss getting messed up, cue the big fight that you know will be resolved, cue the old lady singing on stage for no reason. If you’ve got nothing else to do on a Sunday and want a movie to play in the background while you’re cleaning, consider this one. (I still love you, J-Lo!)
