I am mildly obsessed with the show Cake Boss. So much so that one of my new goals is to try making some fancy cakes as a little side hobby. As luck would have it a fellow tumblr recent posted a recipe for Marshmallow Fondant*. I also work with a woman who makes some really cool cakes and who is allowing me to use some of her best cake-making tools to get started! My plan make a couple test cakes before designing and creating a fabulous cake for my friend’s birthday coming up in November. I will also make sure to post my efforts on here. *I can’t remember who posted the marshmallow fondant recipe? If you remember can you send it to me so I can add credit to them? Thanks!
