Upcoming Events

My calendar is booked full of fun events in the upcoming weeks and I can’t wait for them to start!!! Fall through New Years Eve is always packed with parties, football games, and holiday season get-togethers and I love it! Here is a look at some of the stuff coming up the next couple weeks:

Thursday - The Jersey Shore season finale which me and some girlfriends have turned into an event. Our friend Courtney lives in an amazing condo building with a pool, cabanas, grills, and a view of the city. We will be watching the finale here with wine and appetizers.

Saturday - MSU v. Northwestern, it will be my first trip to Northwestern’s campus and I heard it’s beautiful. The plan is to arrive at 7am for tailgating (yikes!) then go to the game.

Sunday - Kevin and I are having our own little pumpkin carving party with homemade soup, pumpkin bread, baked pumpkin seeds, and Halloween movies. The rule in our house is you have to do your pumpkin freehand! Even though the cut outs do turn out pretty cool we like to see what we can come up with on our own.

Next Friday - Scary Movie Night with the girls. We are picking the 3 scariest movies we can come up with and holing up in my friends house with all the curtains closed, cocktails, and spooktacular appetizers. I really do get freaked out by scary movies so it should be interesting to see how much of the movie I actually watch when I am not covering my face.

I am looking for a snack or app that is “Scary Movie” themed to bring next Friday, any ideas for me?
